How long does the foreclosure process take?
California and Nevada: approximately 180 days or about 6 months
Washington: approximately 120 days or about 4 months
Arizona: approximately 90 days or about 3 months

How long do I have after the foreclosure sale before I’m asked move out of the property?
Each state has different eviction laws and timeframes. For the most up to date information contact a legal attorney or your lender.

Does Seaside Trustee Inc. provide foreclosure listings?
No we do not. There are companies who do publish lists however, we are not associated with them and do not give any guaranty to their completeness or correctness. You can also check the Public Notices section of your local newspaper to see the Notices of Sale for that particular area.

How do I request reinstatement and/or payoff quotes?
Borrowers and lien holders may contact the lenders for quotes. Anyone not holding a recording interest to the property will be required to provide written authorization from the borrower in order to obtain any information regarding the loan.

How do I bid at a foreclosure sale?
Arizona: Bidders must attend the sale with certified funds payable to Seaside Trustee, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.00 or more. If you are the successful bidder you have 24 hours to provide the auctioneer with the remaining funds of the purchase price.
California, Nevada and Washington: Bidders must attend the sale with certified funds payable to Seaside Trustee, Inc. in the amount of at least one cent over the opening bid. If there is competitive bidding on the property you must have additional certified funds on hand.
